Well we just renewed our contract with SiteGround and I'd like to take the opportunity to thank them for their work. Without them this site would not have been possible. I can't count how many times I have had to submit a ticket to them asking for help on the set up and requirements. Several times the tech team went out of their way to actually look into the site (and the forum) to trouble shoot a problem that wasn't even hosting related. THat's customer service.
